As a Junior Business Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze data, and support product development initiatives. You will assist in process improvement efforts, testing, and stakeholder communication while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure business objectives are met.

Responsibilities:
1. Requirements Gathering:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements.
- Assist in creating user stories, use cases, and process workflows.
2. Data Analysis:
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations for stakeholders.
3. Product Development Support:
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure proper understanding and implementation of requirements.
- Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
4. Stakeholder Communication:
- Maintain clear and continuous communication with internal teams and external clients.
- Provide regular project updates and documentation.
5. Testing and Validation:
- Assist in functional and user acceptance testing.
- Identify, document, and report issues or bugs during the testing phase.
6. Process Improvement:
- Propose process improvements based on data analysis and stakeholder feedback.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Basic understanding of Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA or Trello.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple priorities.
