As a Client Service Associate within Commercial Banking, you will be responsible for resolving client requests while collaborating with various internal teams. You will manage multiple client relationships, provide support for complex treasury products and services, and ensure a seamless client experience. You will act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, communicating via Zoom, email, and phone to build strong relationships and uphold JP Morgan Chase’s service standards.
Required Skills:
