Zoho hiring Sales Development Executives

Location : Chennai

Experience : Fresher – 4 Years




Responsibilities:
  • Build rapport with contacts and understand where the prospect is in the buying process
  • Gather key information to update the CRM system and assign a nurture path and follow-up strategy
  • Identify opportunities that meet a minimum qualification criteria for the sales team
  • Attend incoming sales calls and emails and assign them to the sales reps.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and product presentation skills
  • Attention to detail and a strong desire to learn
  • Ability to work independently and deliver value to the customers and the company
  • Should be willing to work in night shifts
