Key Responsibilities :
🔹 Problem Management & Network Billing Operations
Manage billing operations and problem resolution related to IT infrastructure errors.
Analyze and resolve routine issues by referring to standard guidelines.
Identify root causes of billing discrepancies and suggest corrective actions.
🔹 Customer & Team Interaction
Work closely with internal teams and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
Handle billing disputes and negotiations with clients as needed.
Collaborate with teams to improve customer experience and optimize cost-to-serve.
🔹 Technical & Financial Operations
Maintain and analyze Excel-based reports and spreadsheets for billing operations.
Utilize basic accounting knowledge to ensure billing accuracy.
Assist in project management tasks, coordinating billing projects across departments.
Required Skills :
✔ Proficiency in Excel & spreadsheet tools – formulas, data analysis, reporting.
✔ Basic Accounting Knowledge – understanding invoices and financial statements.
