Job Description :

We are looking for a Data Analyst with 0-3 years of experience in data analysis and Excel proficiency. The ideal candidate should have an eye for detail, strong data accuracy skills, and the ability to identify trends and patterns from audit findings.

As a Data Analyst, you will work closely with support engineers and developers to analyze errors, identify root causes, and suggest improvements. You will also be responsible for documenting processes, mentoring new hires, and contributing to team discussions and knowledge sharing.

This role requires a strong commitment to meeting deadlines, the ability to prioritize work independently, and a willingness to work from the office five days a week.

Responsibilities:

✅ Data Analysis & Audit Findings

  • Analyze audit output and aggregate audit data to identify trends and patterns.
  • Use MS-Excel functions (preferably VBA for MS-Excel) to efficiently aggregate data.
  • Understand basic statistics and distributions to detect patterns in data.

✅ Issue Identification & Resolution

  • Identify root causes of errors and collaborate with Support Engineers & Developers to resolve and prevent issues.
  • Provide objective, actionable feedback based on audit findings.

✅ Documentation & Mentorship

  • Create and maintain process documentation for ongoing reference.
  • Mentor and help new hires ramp up quickly on processes.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to knowledge sharing.

✅ Work Management & Deadline Commitment

  • Prioritize and schedule work assignments based on deadlines.
  • Ensure commitment to timely delivery and meet expectations consistently.
  • Work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with the team.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications : 
  • Ability to write SQL queries & Macros for data analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with VBA for MS-Excel (preferred but not mandatory).
