Job Description :
The primary objective of this role is to deliver exceptional customer service by reviewing and analyzing requests from merchants and customers globally for prepaid products. You will be responsible for making informed decisions on whether to approve or decline requests after ensuring that all compliance requirements are met.
As part of the Travelers Cheques & Prepaid Servicing (TCPS) Operations Team, you will contribute to providing extraordinary customer service for prepaid products in a 24×7, multilingual environment by managing phone servicing and back-end operations.

Responsibilities:
✅ Customer Support & Case Handling
- Manage inbound customer and seller calls & faxes for prepaid products like Gift Cards and Traveler’s Cheques.
- Handle claims for lost/stolen or unable-to-cash Traveler’s Cheques.
- Process refund requests, overspend, and excessive balance cases.
- Handle escheatment calls and faxes related to unclaimed or abandoned funds.
✅ Decision-Making & Risk Management
- Review and analyze customer requests while ensuring regulatory and compliance policies are met.
- Leverage expertise in analyzing risk-related data and identifying potential fraud connections.
- Conduct root cause analysis of customer escalations and implement solutions.
- Manage change effectively to ensure service excellence and compliance.
✅ Multitasking & Prioritization
- Work in a fast-paced environment, balancing regulatory requirements, company policies, and customer service standards.
- Prioritize multiple cases and escalations efficiently.
Preferred Skills :
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent listening and decision-making skills.
- Ability to handle escalations professionally while balancing risk and customer satisfaction.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
