Key Responsibilities :
- Provide first-level IT support by diagnosing and resolving technical issues
- Monitor & maintain IT systems to ensure high performance and availability
- Manage service desk tickets and meet SLAs for efficient resolution
- Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues
- Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations
- Assist in managing user accounts, permissions, and security access
- Stay updated with industry trends and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Document IT procedures & train users on new systems and technologies
Certifications (Preferred):
🎓 CompTIA A+
🎓 ITIL Foundation
🎓 Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate

- Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Hardware & software issue resolution
- Service Desk Operations: Ticketing systems, SLA management, and user support
- System Administration: Installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure

- Documentation & IT Policies: Maintaining technical guides and ensuring compliance
