Eligibility Criteria:

✅ Education: Any Fresh Graduate (UG Degree)
✅ Graduation Year: 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024
✅ CTC: As per HCLTech’s standard grid (based on 60%+ eligibility criteria)
✅ Service Agreement: 12 months commitment required; early exit incurs a ₹50,000 penalty
✅ Location: Lucknow / Nagpur
✅ Role: Global Service Desk
