Job Description : 

As a Technical Solution Analyst I, you will:

  • Investigate front-end application issues using logs, troubleshooting tools, and workflow testing.
  • Utilize backend techniques such as querying databases, updating fields, and cycling servers.
  • Document findings, resolutions, and knowledge articles throughout the investigation lifecycle.
  • Prioritize tasks based on issue severity, balancing client and business needs.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure effective issue resolution.

Preferred Skills :

  • Experience in application support, incident management, problem management, and change management.

  • Knowledge of SQL (Structured Query Language).

  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills for global collaboration.

  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts and on-call support.
