This role involves executing training initiatives, analyzing program effectiveness, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Key Responsibilities
🔹Support training & awareness campaigns across the organization
🔹 Track and report on program effectiveness & compliance training data
🔹 Collaborate with HR, Compliance, and Global teams to drive training initiatives
🔹 Manage training escalation protocols and ensure process adherence
🔹 Work on data validation & reporting dashboards for leadership insights
🔹 Assist in due diligence screening & HR screening process reviews
Required Skills & Qualifications :
📊 Data Analysis & Reporting – Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Suite
📢 Training & Awareness Programs – Managing training assignments & compliance reporting
🔍 Attention to Detail – Ensuring accurate tracking and remediation of training gaps
📈 Analytical Thinking – Identifying opportunities for improvement in training processes
🤝 Collaboration & Communication – Engaging with stakeholders across teams
🎓 Preferred Experience: Knowledge of LMS (Learning Management Systems) is a plus!
