Job Description :

Experience Required : 6 months to 1 year of calling experience (mandatory); 1-2 years preferred

Salary Range: ₹3 LPA - ₹5 LPA
Eligibility:

  • B.Tech Freshers are eligible
  • Graduates & Undergraduates can apply

Required Skills:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication (VNA Threshold 5)
  • Multitasking and adaptability to new platforms
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle pressure and unforeseen challenges
Good to have :
  • Experience with Apple hardware, Mac OS, Google Suite, Windows, and Office365
  • ITIL knowledge
  • Previous customer/technical support or technology experience
