Key Responsibilities
Software Development & Support : 
  • Design, build, test, assemble, and configure applications based on business needs.
  • Participate in the software development lifecycle (SDLC) from analysis to implementation.
  • Support application incidents and resolve technical issues via voice/email/chat or remote support.
Innovation & Automation :
  • Leverage the latest technology trends to create scalable and efficient solutions.
  • Contribute to automation, integration of new technologies, and enhancing existing systems.
Testing :
  • Create test designs, processes, test cases, and data.
  • Conduct usability and functional testing and report findings.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure quality deliverables.
Operations & Maintenance :
  • Support infrastructure operations or manage delivery of IT production systems and services.
Core Skills :
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

  • Ability to meet deadlines and participate in peer reviews
  • Ownership mindset for successful project delivery
Preferred Technical Skills (Not Mandatory):
  • Basic understanding of ABAP Development on HANA, CDS, AMDP, performance tuning
  • Knowledge in Salesforce.com application configuration and customization
  • Good working knowledge of J2EE and full-stack development
  • Experience or understanding of .NET, ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC
  • Exposure to Test Automation Engineering
Eligibility Criteria:
  • No active backlogs at the time of application or onboarding.
  • No more than 23 months of full-time work experience.
  • Must not have appeared for Accenture recruitment/interview in the past 3 months.
  • Degree must be completed in standard duration with no academic gaps.
  • Only Indian citizens or select visa-exempt nationals (Nepal/Bhutan) are eligible.
