Job Description :

As a Software Development Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, development, and testing of embedded system components for automotive software. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect reliable embedded solutions for electronic control units (ECUs), ensuring adherence to industry safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop embedded software components across multiple client projects
  • Analyze system requirements and translate them into detailed software specifications
  • Collaborate on system architecture for embedded automotive solutions
  • Work with microcontrollers and processors in real-time systems (RTOS)
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including maintenance and enhancements
  • Use configuration management tools (Git, SVN) and requirements tools like DOORS/Polarion
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 26262 functional safety standards
  • Contribute to Telematic Control Unit and GUI development (Touch GFX)

Skills Required:

  • Advanced Embedded System Engineering
  • Strong proficiency in C/C++ programming
  • Knowledge of RTOS, FreeRTOS, or other real-time operating systems
  • Experience in Embedded Linux / Yocto

Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Familiarity with Bluetooth/WiFi protocols
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies and V-Model for ECU development
  • Understanding of Telematics systems and automotive standards
