Key Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely data annotations across various ML workflows
• Meet targets for quality, productivity, and SLAs with minimal supervision
• Maintain detailed records of daily tasks using internal tools or trackers
• Follow standard operating procedures and adhere to quality benchmarks
• Troubleshoot task-related issues and assist with root cause analysis
• Raise process issues or risks to management in a proactive manner
• Analyze trends and patterns to propose potential rule improvements
• Handle sensitive content across adult, religious, or other flagged topics
• Collaborate on continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives

Skills Required:

• Advanced Excel skills (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, data analysis tools)
• Familiarity with online retail/e-commerce platforms
• Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working on repetitive tasks and within set guidelines
