Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain online content to ensure relevance and alignment with company standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to plan and implement content strategies.
  • Use CMS tools effectively and guide the team on content best practices.
  • Track content performance using analytics tools; generate regular reports.
  • Conduct content audits and ensure accuracy, consistency, and SEO optimization.
  • Maintain a detailed content calendar to ensure timely content delivery.
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing and content trends.
  • Coordinate with marketing to ensure messaging consistency across platforms.
  • Support and train new team members on CMS tools and guidelines.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to gather input, feedback, and requirements.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Strong experience with Content Management Systems (CMS)
  • Background in ISV or Hi-Tech domains is highly preferred
  • Familiarity with online analytics tools and SEO best practices
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Team collaboration and stakeholder engagement
  • Attention to detail with a proactive, self-driven attitude

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • 3–6 years of hands-on experience in content management
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts from the office
  • Certification in Content Marketing (preferred):
  • E.g., Certified Content Marketing Specialist or equivalent
