As an associate, you’ll be responsible for troubleshooting client issues, ensuring the smooth functioning of IT systems, and delivering high-quality support services. This is a client-facing role requiring strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities :
- Provide first-level technical support to end users via calls, chats, or emails.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Log and track all support requests in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with internal IT teams to escalate complex issues.
- Maintain documentation and knowledge base articles for repeated issues.
- Ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction through professional service.
- Communicate effectively with global clients across different cultures and time zones.
- Work from office in rotational shifts (night shift allowance applicable).
Skills Required:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage irate clients professionally.
- Good problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the IT support domain.
- Ability to work in night shifts and from office (as per business requirement).
