The CoAE team supports Deloitte’s client leaders by managing internal operations for key accounts. The On/Offboarding Delivery Center (ODC) handles project-level onboarding and offboarding using Salesforce-based platforms like Navigate, ensuring smooth transitions and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
🎯 Client Deliverables:
- Accurately enter data into tools and systems as per SOPs
- Onboard/offboard professionals using Navigate and SPS platforms
- Understand and execute onboarding requirements as per detailed instructions
- Generate status reports and communicate task progress
✅ Quality Assurance:
- Ensure all work is error-free and aligns with SOPs
- Conduct self-checks before submitting work
- Take ownership of task quality and delivery
- Incorporate feedback for continuous improvement
🤝 Team Collaboration:
- Share knowledge and support team members
- Manage personal workload efficiently while contributing to team success
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
