Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and accurately to customer queries via chat, email, or voice
  • Support data collection for account recovery or process audits
  • Reproduce customer issues and escalate bugs or unresolved concerns
  • Provide high-quality customer service aligned with client policies and expectations
  • Showcase critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Collaborate within a team or work independently to drive resolution
  • Maintain a deep understanding of client processes and policies

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service roles (email/chat/voice)
  • Effective analytical and probing skills
  • Customer-centric approach with a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to work on a flexible schedule, including weekends
  • Neutral English accent is a plus
