Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer queries via chat, email, or voice
- Support data collection for account recovery or process audits
- Reproduce customer issues and escalate bugs or unresolved concerns
- Provide high-quality customer service aligned with client policies and expectations
- Showcase critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Collaborate within a team or work independently to drive resolution
- Maintain a deep understanding of client processes and policies
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service roles (email/chat/voice)
- Effective analytical and probing skills
- Customer-centric approach with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work on a flexible schedule, including weekends
- Neutral English accent is a plus
