                             Join Google’s Scaled Technical Services (STS) team within gTech Ads, where you’ll work on scalable, global solutions to help advertisers maximize ROI across Google’s ad products. This is a technical, problem-solving, and collaborative role focused on designing reusable and impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather requirements and offer guidance for ad products and technologies.
  • Design, build, and maintain globally reusable ad tech solutions.
  • Convert regional bespoke solutions into scalable global tools.
  • Own the full lifecycle of solutions (discovery → launch → maintenance).
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Support teams.

Skills Required:

Must-Have:

  • Proficiency in Java, C++, or Python
  • Strong SQL skills
  • Understanding of web technologies
  • Stakeholder and project management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience in AdTech (DSPs, ad servers, analytics, etc.)
  • Familiarity with technical design, troubleshooting, and scalable systems
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
