As a System Engineer, you will be the first line of technical support, offering solutions and assistance to customers for a variety of OS and application-level issues. This role requires strong communication skills, technical troubleshooting abilities, and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional communication and support to customers, including handling irate users with empathy and professionalism
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to:
- Windows OS, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams
- Citrix, VDI, VPN, Security applications
- Offer remote technical support and guidance
- Respond to incoming calls and emails in a timely and efficient manner
- Escalate complex issues appropriately and keep supervisors informed
- Provide accurate product/service information to users
- Use internal tools and documentation to research solutions
- Log all interactions and issues per standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Identify common issue trends and alert management proactively
- Create and maintain SOPs for newly identified issues and solutions
- Generate reports and call logs as needed
Skills Required :
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Patience and the ability to handle high-pressure customer interactions
- Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn new technologies
- Solid knowledge of troubleshooting operating systems and enterprise applications
- Familiarity with ITSM tools, ticketing systems, and documentation best practices
Additional Skills :
- Experience supporting enterprise tools in a remote helpdesk or system support environment
- Prior knowledge of Citrix, VPN configuration, or Security App troubleshooting
