As an IT Support Associate, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing technical support, troubleshooting IT issues, and ensuring seamless operation of computer systems and IT services.

Key Responsibilities :
- Provide first-line technical support to end-users for IT-related issues.
- Log, track, and manage support tickets with accurate documentation.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues to minimize system downtime.
- Collaborate with IT teams for issue escalation and resolution.
- Maintain knowledge base articles and support documentation for self-service and improved response times.
- Deliver client-focused support and communicate effectively with global users.
- Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrate strong technical understanding and troubleshooting skills.
- Be open to working in rotational shifts and work from the office.
- Maintain professionalism while dealing with people from diverse cultures.
Skills Required:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Basic knowledge of IT systems (OS, applications, troubleshooting)
- Familiarity with ticketing systems is a plus
- Good documentation and reporting skills
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduates of BCA or BSc in:

- Or allied streams
Graduation year: 2022, 2023, or 2024
