As a Learning Operations Specialist, you will support the US Talent Development Learning Operations team by managing end-to-end training administration and backend operations. You will act as an advisor and consultant, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and timely while supporting global clients.

Key Responsibilities :
- Manage administrative tasks and backend systems for learning programs
- Perform data entry and ensure task accuracy and completeness
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and team leads
- Conduct quality checks before submitting deliverables to clients
- Take ownership and accountability for assigned processes
- Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Collaborate with team members on firm-wide initiatives
- Support the planning and delivery of training programs
Skills Required:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of email etiquette
- Basic Excel skills (sorting, filtering, removing duplicates)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Strong teamwork and collaborative mindset
Preferred Skills :
- Basic knowledge of PowerPoint for presentations
- Familiarity with virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Saba Meeting/Centra, MS Teams)
- Experience in case/ticket handling systems
